Nussbaum Speir is excited to welcome a new partner, Edward A. Gleason. The firm will now be known as Nussbaum Gleason PLLC.
Ed is a seasoned complex litigator, having tried over fifty cases to verdict or judgment in both federal and state court. His experience includes commercial liability, professional liability, and title insurance disputes; business franchise and license disputes; and commercial contract, tortious interference, and trade secret cases. Ed is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
Ed adds a crucial dimension to our firm’s litigation practice. He brings further depth to our advocacy and defense of religious institutions and broadens our representation of nonprofit and commercial clients.
Many friends and clients of our firm know Ed well. He is active in the Colorado Springs community, having served on the boards of several of our city’s leading nonprofits, including Care and Share Food Bank for Southern Colorado, Penrose-St. Francis Health Foundation, Catholic Charities of Colorado Springs, YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region, and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.
